New Shelter in Yerevan

Pawsitive Rescue Armenia was in a critical situation, in need of relocation from their past shelter where over 100 dogs were fostered. The former shelter was not going to be very warm in the winter and the environmental conditions were not favourable. The shelter lacked running space for the amount of dogs they had in their care. The dogs needed to find a new shelter. After months of searching for a new shelter, the organization found the perfect location, in Erebuni, not too far from the Yerevan city centre. The team of volunteers spent weeks cleaning the new location, removing tons of waste and garbage, painted the structure and fixed the windows and doors to accommodate the kitchen and the medical service room.
